“Lite”-Reading - Dark Make Up!
In doing some “lite” reading this weekend by which I mean devouring a fantastic magazine whilst at the salon getting my hair done, I stumbled upon an article. MAC Make-up is coming out with some new Fall/Winter Make-up! SO EXCITING!
Gareth Pugh, a costume-fashion-run-way-designer/art-creator-extraordinaire has collaborated with MAC to bring some new looks to MAC. He applies his “dark-art” to the MAC, make-up world. His style has been described as “fashion-performance-art”, meaning he brings unconventional styles to his technique in fashion.
His make-up creations, tend to lean on the dark-side, so get ready to try some new party, gothic, dark, and different make-up looks girls. The product packaging follows his dark aesthetic, and are packaged in black (FUN)!
Paint you nails dark, get your dark winter clothing on, and try some dark make-up for a day (or night)! It’s fun to step out of your comfort zone for a few hours! After all, Breaking Dawn part I is coming out… what better way to honor our Vampire movie of the year than with some dark make-up and juicy red lips?!
